Are you looking for an Indian Club workout you can perform in under 15 minutes without having to go to the gym?
I’ve got you bruv.
This Indian club training workout is two 9-minute rounds with a quick 2-minute breather in between sets.
It’s a proper flow session, so each exercise rolls straight into the next.
You’re hitting one rep of each exercise, switching sides, then powering through as many full rounds as you can in the time (AMRAP).
Here’s the flow;
- Shield Cast → Mill into Side Swipe → Inside Clean
- Shoulder Cast (angled out at 45°) → Order Position → Rotational Torch Press
- Bull Whip → Swipe → Shoulder Clean → Squat → Reverse Lunge + Press
If you need a breather, all good… rest when you have to, then jump straight back in.
Start light to get the movements locked in, then grab a heavier club once you’re comfortable.
A whiteboard with the flow written out in front of you helps massively so you’re not trying to remember every step mid-swing.
By now you should already be on top of the basics from earlier workouts, so it’s all about tightening up form and stepping up the pace.
The goal?
Smash out as many clean rounds as possible each set, both sides balanced evenly.
